CARA KUKUS:
1. KUKUSKAN 700GM IKAN SELAMA 10 MINIT.
2.MASUKKAN MASFOOD PERENCAH IKAN KUKUS PORTUGUESE DAN KUKUSKANNYA 5 MINIT SEHINGGA IKAN MASAK.
CARA GORENG:
1. GORENG 700GM UDANG/SOTONG/AYAM DENGAN MASFOOD PERTENCAH IKAN KUKUS PORTUGUESE SELAMA 10 MINIT.
2. CAMPURKAN 100ML AIR.
3. MASAKNYA SEHINGGA MASAK.

INGREDIENT :
Shallot, lemon grass, chilli, sugar, salt, spices and vegetable oil.
TO STEAM :
Steam 700g of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in Masfood 101 Portuguese Style(Steamed-Fish) Paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes.
TO FRY :
Stir-fry 700g of prawn /squid /chicken together with Masfood 101 Portuguese Style(Steamed-Fish) Paste for a few minutes. Add in 100ml water and cook until boil and serve hot.
